Our products are:

eBECAS a windows LAN based application designed to manage your College Marketing, Admissions, Accounts, Financials, Homestay, Classing and Attendance. We also provide an optional sychronised application to send and replicate your data from eBECAS to your eBecas Web Portal.

eBECAS Web Portal is a website that provides on-line internet access to eBECAS data for students and teachers. Students are able to see news, personal communications from staff (administration and warnings), classes, results, attendance and financials including invoices and outstanding fees. Teachers can login and view and update attendance and class rolls online, enter comments for absence and enter and view student diary entries.

DirectEnrol is designed for Student and Agent enquies. Each College is able to enter their course, homestay and fee price information for students and agents to print a quotation online. When a student applies, a letter of offer and a gross invoice is sent to the student from the College. An agent can also enter and print nett and gross applications. Each College has their own exclusive website and can provide an agent with login access to print their applications.

SourceMason is a template-based code generator. The use of templates for code generation speeds the development cycle, improves standardisation and cuts the time to get applications out.
